In late August, nearly 350 new students participated in an immersive orientation program around innovation & entrepreneurship at Washington University in St. Louis.

The event was part of Bear Beginnings and was hosted by the Skandalaris Center for Innovation & Entrepreneurship. Over the course of three days, students took part in hands-on workshops and activities, learned from innovators, met successful entrepreneurs, pitched ideas and explored St. Louis’ entrepreneurial ecosystem.
