Bear Studios, TechArtista connect students and startups

Founded and run by undergraduate students at Washington University in St. Louis, Bear Studios provides design services, business consulting and technology solutions to startups and established companies alike.

Lexi Jackson, a Strategy Fellow at Bear Studios, writes in the Olin Blog about the company’s partnership with TechArtista, a co-working space in the Central West End of St. Louis. Established by WashU alumni Eric Hamblett (BA’13, International Studies) and Chris Holt (BS’13, Chemical Engineering) in 2014, TechArtista provides local entrepreneurs with working space, topnotch amenities and a strong sense of community.

The partnership is a win-win: TechArtista members access undergrad talent and resources to aid in their operational development, while Bear Studios fellows gain real-world experience and the opportunity to learn from entrepreneurs on the ground.
