Until September 7th, local startups can apply to Startup Connection 2018.

Now in its 10th year, Startup Connection began in 2008 as a way to demonstrate the strength of the local entrepreneurial ecosystem even in the midst of the recession. Since then, it has grown to be St. Louis’s largest event focused on innovation and entrepreneurship, giving over $1 million in prizes to St. Louis-based startups over the years.

Startup Connection 2018 will take place on November 7th and returns to The Globe Building at 710 N. Tucker near the T-REX tech incubator. This year’s Venture Showcase will feature more than 60 of St. Louis’ top startups and the Resource Fair will have more than 50 organizations that offer innovation and entrepreneurship support in the region.

More than 1,200 people interested in innovation and entrepreneurship in St. Louis attended last year’s Startup Connection event.

Washington University in St. Louis hosted the 2015 Startup Connection.
